You will have a great opportunity to be a part of a group or individual training with our professional coach in the new, clean, great organized gym. And it is absolutely free! You'll meet and speak to the coach and our gym managers. After the training, we'll suggest you the best appropriate class for your kid(s). What do you need for a training? 1. Any sports uniform that will work for stretching, jumping and making gymnastics elements (don't forget about socks). 2. A bottle of water. 3. Great mood :) The parents are very welcome in the gym during the trial class.

By booking a trial class for my child, I confirm that I am the child’s parent or legal guardian and voluntarily authorize my child to participate in rhythmic gymnastics activities at OK Rhythmic Empire. I understand that gymnastics and related physical activities involve inherent risks of injury, including risks associated with stretching, conditioning, gymnastics skills, apparatus, falls, and other physical activity. I voluntarily accept and assume these risks on behalf of myself and my child. I agree to the **OK Rhythmic Empire Waiver & Release**, available through the **Waiver** link/button on our website, which is incorporated into and forms part of these booking terms. The waiver includes assumption of risk, release of liability for OK Rhythmic Empire and its Released Parties, including coaches, staff, volunteers, contractors, facility providers, facility owners/operators and their personnel, consent to appropriate physical spotting and assisted stretching, and emergency medical authorization. I confirm that my child is physically able to participate. If my child has any medical condition, injury, allergy, medication requirement, physical limitation, or other information that may affect safe participation, I must complete the Waiver form and notify OK Rhythmic Empire **before the class**. I authorize OK Rhythmic Empire and the Released Parties to provide reasonable first aid, contact emergency services, and arrange or facilitate emergency medical care if reasonably necessary. By completing this booking, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to these terms and the full OK Rhythmic Empire Waiver & Release.
