We believe cost should not be the reason a child has to stop doing a sport they love.

OK Rhythmic Empire is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rhythmic gymnastics organization. Our goal is to make both recreational participation and serious athletic development more accessible to families.

Many of our competitive gymnasts began with just one class a week and gradually increased their training as their skills and passion grew. Some now train up to six days a week.

As training hours increase, the average cost per hour decreases, helping families support their child’s development at every stage—from a first recreational class to advanced competitive training.

Our base tuition rates are already among the most affordable in the country for rhythmic gymnastics when compared on a per-hour basis

Depending on your family’s needs and program, there may be several ways to reduce your out-of-pocket costs — including referral credits, family pricing, third-party funding, youth-sports grants, employer giving programs, scholarships, and outside sponsorship support.

Not every program is available to every family, but we are happy to provide invoices, enrollment confirmation and nonprofit documentation when an outside organization requires it.

Referral credits

Bring a Friend — You Both Save. Gymnastics is even more fun with friends! When you refer a new family that becomes an active OKRE member, both families receive a monthly tuition credit: $10 per family each month if either family has a Monthly membership. $20 per family each month if both families have a 3-, 6-, or 12-Month membership.
Credits continue while both memberships remain active. Multiple eligible referrals can add up to more savings! Please tell us which family referred you so we can apply the correct credit. Free trials alone do not qualify.

Family pricing

We offer special tuition rates for families enrolling two or more children. On recreational plans with an enrollment fee, families with one or two children pay just $50 total. Families with three or more enrolled children pay no recreational enrollment fee.
We offer up to %50 off the second child on CAMP programs.

Contact us for monthly pricing based on your family's number. Families with 2+ children enrolled with OKRE save at least % 30 anually comparing to the average program cost in the country.

Community Donations & Tuition Assistance

Families are welcome to invite local businesses, employers, friends, and community members to support our Scholarship & Family Assistance Fund through the donation link.

Contributions help make gymnastics more affordable for eligible children. Families seeking tuition assistance may apply separately, and OK Rhythmic Empire determines awards based on program criteria and available funding.

Finding or referring a donor does not guarantee assistance or create a credit toward your own tuition. All charitable donations remain under the control of OK Rhythmic Empire.

If someone would like to pay a specific child’s tuition directly, please contact us to arrange a third-party payment.

Youth Sports & Activity Funding

Some families may qualify for assistance through youth sports foundations, disability-support programs, community organizations, or private supporters.

Families can also approach any local business, employer, church, community group, friend, or relative willing to help with gymnastics expenses. Support does not have to come from one of the organizations listed below.

Families are responsible for finding and contacting potential supporters. OK Rhythmic Empire can provide invoices, program costs, enrollment confirmation, and nonprofit documentation and accept approved third-party payments when arranged in advance.

Ask a Business or Community Supporter

Consider contacting your employer, a business owned by someone you know, your church or faith community, or a local service organization. Ask whether they would consider a one-time payment or ongoing assistance toward your child’s gymnastics tuition.

Before any payment is made, contact us to confirm the amount, covered expenses, and payment instructions. Payments intended for a specific child are arranged as third-party tuition support and are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations.

Supporters who prefer to contribute to our broader charitable mission can ask us for our Zeffy donation link. General donations do not automatically create a tuition credit for the family who introduced the donor.

Before You Apply

Each organization determines its own eligibility, service area, deadlines, and funding decisions. Some require approval before classes begin and do not reimburse previous payments or cover outstanding balances. Municipal recreation assistance may be limited to town-run programs.

Listing a resource here does not establish an OKRE partnership or guarantee funding.

Email info@okrhythmicempire.com with your child’s name, program, and the organization or supporter’s contact information. We’ll help provide the documentation needed for the next steps.

Employer Donation Matching — Make Your Gift Go Further

Your employer may match your charitable donation, helping more children access gymnastics at OK Rhythmic Empire.

With an approved dollar-for-dollar match, your $100 donation could become $200 for our Scholarship & Family Assistance Fund. Parents, grandparents, adult siblings, aunts, uncles, and friends can each check their own employer’s program. Some companies also extend matching benefits to retirees or spouses.

How to check and participate: Look up your employer, double-check with your HR about it. If your employer accepts donations made outside its portal, donate through our Zeffy page and save your receipt.

Some employers require donations directly through their employee giving portal. Submit your matching request. Select OK Rhythmic Empire as the recipient and use our organization’s details. We can provide our EIN, nonprofit documentation, and donation confirmation when required.

Each donor must follow their employer’s rules. Matching is not automatic or guaranteed. If your employer does not appear in the search, contact HR directly. Ask about volunteer grants, too! Some employers make donations to eligible nonprofits when employees volunteer their time. Donations and matching funds support OKRE’s charitable programs and tuition assistance for eligible children. They do not automatically create a tuition credit or cover a specific child’s fees. Families seeking assistance may apply separately.

Service Exchange Opportunities

Do you have a professional skill or business service that could help our school?

We may consider a limited number of service exchange arrangements, allowing families to provide an approved service in exchange for an agreed tuition credit.E xamples may vary. Contact us with the service you would like to offer; Your experience, business website, or examples of your work; Your availability and proposed scope; Your usual price or estimated project value.

We review proposals based on the school’s current needs, budget, and suitability. If approved, we will agree in writing on the work, its value, deadlines, and when the tuition credit will be applied. Please wait for written approval before starting any work. Arrangements are not guaranteed and do not automatically cover the full cost of tuition.A service exchange is compensation for approved work, rather than a charitable donation, and may have tax implications.
