Welcome to OK Rhythmic Empire! Our programs are built around consistent, progressive training, so each gymnast has a reserved place in her group and can develop safely throughout the season.

Please review these basic membership and billing rules before selecting your location and class.

Membership & Monthly Tuition

Tuition is a fixed monthly membership fee that reserves your child’s place in the program. It is not calculated per individual class.

Some months may include 4 classes and some may include 5 classes. Tuition does not increase in a 5-class month and is not reduced because of holidays, school breaks, vacations, illness, school activities, or regular absences.

If your child starts after the beginning of the month, the first month may be prorated based on the remaining scheduled classes.

Payments & Autopay

​

The first payment is processed when enrollment is completed. Bank processing may take up to approximately 3 business days.

After that, regular tuition is processed automatically by ACH on the 1st of each month. Families do not need to submit a new payment manually every month.

If an automatic payment is unsuccessful, the system may retry the payment. For recreational memberships, if the balance is still unpaid after the retry following the 5th of the month, a $25 late fee may be applied.

Please keep a valid payment method on file. If you know there may be a payment issue, contact us as soon as possible — we are happy to communicate and help when possible.

Membership Options

Depending on the program, families may choose:

Monthly • 3-Month • 6-Month • 12-Month

Longer memberships help us maintain stable groups, coaching schedules, and progressive training plans. They may also include lower tuition rates, waived enrollment fees, or additional membership benefits.

Cancellation

​

Monthly Membership:

Written cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days before the next 1st-of-the-month payment.

If notice is received later than that, the next monthly tuition will still be processed, and the gymnast may continue attending during that paid month.
 

3-, 6- & 12-Month Memberships:

These are fixed-term commitments and automatically renew for the same term unless written non-renewal notice is received at least 2 weeks before the end of the current term.
 

If a fixed-term membership is ended early, the early-termination charge is equal to one monthly tuition payment at the family’s current contract rate.
 

If the selected plan waived an enrollment fee, the applicable enrollment fee will also become due when the contract is ended early. ($50/ 1 child; $75 - 2 children; $100 - 3 children). If the selected plan had discounted price comparing to the 1-month contracts, the difference of the discount may be due.

12-Month Membership Freeze

​

A 12-Month membership includes one approved full-calendar-month freeze during the contract.

The request must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the affected payment. No tuition is charged for the approved freeze month. 

Makeup Classes

​

Active recreational members may receive up to 2 eligible makeup classes per month, subject to:

• appropriate age and level;

• class availability;

• coach and facility schedule;

• competition schedule;

• class capacity.

Makeups are not guaranteed for every missed class or every holiday closure and must be used while the membership remains active.

Training Uniform

For recreational (Level 1, Level 2, XCEL) programs:

Monthly membership: official OKRE training T-shirt is not required by the contract unless a program-specific rule applies.

3-, 6- and 12-Month memberships: an official OKRE training T-shirt is required after enrollment.

Rhythmic gymnastics shoes are optional.

Fixed-term members may purchase:

OKRE Training T-shirt + Rhythmic Shoes — $75
Regular combined price: $80.
 

Level 3 / Pre-Team and Competitive Team programs have additional uniform requirements.

Level 3 / Pre-Team & Competitive Programs

Team and Pre-Team programs follow a more structured seasonal training plan.

Level 3 / Pre-Team includes 120-minute practices and professional classical ballet. Competitive Level 3 requires at least 2 practices per week, while competition remains optional at the Pre-Team stage.

Competitive programs may also have separate expenses for competition registration, coaching, choreography, apparatus, uniforms, travel, or other team-related costs.

Late Pick-Up

Please pick up your child promptly when class ends.

There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, a $10 late pick-up fee may be charged for each additional 10-minute period.

If you know you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds

Tuition and membership fees are generally non-refundable once enrollment has started.

Eligible missed recreational classes are handled through the makeup policy rather than tuition credits or refunds.
